Basketball Blitz September 2016
Well done to the sixth class girls who took part in the Basketball Blitz in the Army Barracks.
They played really well and learned a lot from playing such competitive games.
We are looking forward to training hard for the return blitz next March and giving it another great effort.
LET'S GET ACTIVE!
Welcome back everyone!
We all know how important it is to be active.
Please make a big effort this year to join some of our lunchtime and after school activities or simply just increase your activity time at school and at home!
Let's make this year our most active year ever!

SPORTATHON
Sportathon
We had two fantastic days at the Sportathon and got to experience circuit activities, yoga, skipping, athletics, Irish dancing, gymnastics, cooperative games, orienteering and ball handling skills! All in one day! Phew! We really deserved our free ice cream at the end of the day!
Thanks to all parents for your help with the sponsorship cards, it is really appreciated!
Here are some photos of the stations we took part in on Friday.
Mrs. Reilly explaining the orienteering to the girls!
Our active school is number one so keep it up and join the fun! Well done girls!
CONGRATULATIONS!
VERY WELL DONE TO OUR SOCCER PLAYERS WHO WON THE SPAR IFA SOCCER TOURNAMENT IN COOTEHILL RECENTLY AND REPRESENTED CAVAN IN THE ULSTER COMPETITION. WE ARE VERY PROUD OF YOU!
